7 ways to keep fit and healthy

Good health is very desirable to all of us. To live a beautiful life we ​​need a good health. To achieve this, we need to follow certain guidelines. Today we will discuss seven such directions. so the 7 ways of keep fit: 

1.Maintain sleeping rhythm:

Sleep is the key component of a healthy lifestyle and getting enough sleep is necessary to stay fit. Sleep can directly affect our body, mood, concentration, memory, boost our immunity system and so on. So proper sleep is must to make a healthier life.  Adults need 7/8 hours of sleep each day normally. If you want to make a healthy life than you must maintain sleeping rhythm properly. Always get up early and at the same time go to bed early at night.

From our childhood, we know  it,

                                                             “Early to bed and early to rise

                                                  makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”

So maintaining sleeping rhythm is must to keep fit.



Exercise plays a vital role in our daily lifestyle. It directly connected to your body and mind.

It strengthens your heart and improves your blood circulation frequently. The increased blood flow which raises the oxygen levels in your body frequently. This decreases your risk of heart diseases such as high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. Regular exercise can help you to keep healthy also lower your blood pressure and triglyceride levels. It controls weight, improves mood, improves your mental health, boosts energy, promotes better sleep and so on. It helps keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills so sharp. Regular exercise can make you confident, strong and determine.


3.Meditation or Yoga:

Meditation is an approach to training the mind. Similarly it is the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. It is a practice where an individual uses several techniques  such as mindfulness, focusing the mind on a particular thing, thought to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and calm and stable state condition.

Meditation can give you a feeling of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your  mind and your overall health. And these benefits remains with you and don’t end when your meditation session ends. Meditation refreshes your mind. You can enrich your thinking power by doing meditation every day. It enriches your thoughts. It helps to make you feel happy because it directly connected with your mind.


4.Always Eat healthy food and drink plenty of water:

Food is essential for our health but unhealthy food is a threat to our livelihood. Eat lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, milk to stay healthy and fit and also include lean sources of protein such as fish, tofu and beans into your diet.


One should eat a balanced meal and not overeat at all. Junk foods like burgers, pizza, chicken fry, cold drinks and those  are highly processed and contain artificial sweeteners which is very harmful to our body and  should be strictly avoided.

Drink plenty of water daily as it helps in keeping our bodies hydrated and to maintain a healthy body. It is the natural cleanser for our organs and digestive system of our body.  Drinking  Water also helps in flushing toxins out through the skin and urine. Every day drink 1.5-litre pure water. It is enough for us. Drink More than 1.5 water per day can damage your kidney.

5.Manage your mental health:

We need to take care of both our physical health as well as mental health. Stress directly affects our mental health. It harms the mind and body and can cause a myriad of problems, from heart trouble to digestive problems and so on. Exercise, meditation, doing what you love,, spirituality and enjoyable hobbies helps to eliminate the harmful effects of stress on the body. Don’t overthink and overwork. Take breaks and surround yourself with people who support you and feel fresh.

6.Stay motivated:

Always be motivated. This can help you to stay mentally fit. Choose goals that you are interested in. You’re much more likely to stay motivated if you’re working towards something that you genuinely want to do which helps you to be focused on your goal and keep you mentally fit.

7.Get your checkups:

Health is wealth. Regular check-ups can help you to find out the potential health issues before they become a big problem. When you see your doctor regularly, they are able to detect your health conditions or diseases the risk of any diseases as early as possible. Early detection gives you the best chance for getting the right treatment with avoiding any complications.
