Nowadays The normal life of the whole world has come to a complete halt. It is a very deadly disease. We must learn to live with it. To survive the Coronavirus we need to know about its symptoms.

Use your elbows when sneezing or coughing. Maintain social distance with family members indoors. use different utensils for everyone. Stop going out without a very urgent need. Stop going to the doctor for the time being even with any common disease problem. Stay away from crowded places. Many people in unknown places are unknowingly working as carriers of the virus.


If anyone wants to sneeze or cough, stay away from them. Coruna virus is very risky for asthma, kidney disease, diabetes, and heart patients. Older people and children in particular need to pay special attention at this time. They must be at home at this time. Exercise plays a very important role in protecting us from this virus. We should do some physical exercise during this time. This is the time we need to take such type of food that enhances immunity. Like vitamin c, D3, high protein, and zinc.

This virus cannot survive without the human body. Only our awareness can prevent the spread of this disease. If we can cover our hands, mouth, and nose well, then this disease will not spread outside. And if we don’t go out on our own, we won’t be able to attack anyone again.


Our clothes need to be washed well after daily use. Abstain from shaking hands and hugging. Masks and gloves should be put in the right place after using them. No medication can be taken without the advice of a doctor if symptoms appear. You need to follow the information from various trusted organizations. Like WHO.
